POSITION: Insurance Virtual Assistant
WORK SETUP: Fully Remote

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle insurance-related administrative tasks and daily operations.

Maintain and update client information and insurance records.

Prepare, organize, and manage insurance documents.

Assist with policy processing, renewals, and follow-ups.

Respond to email s and client inquiries professionally.

Provide administrative support to help the insurance team run smoothly.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous BPO and/or Virtual Assistant experience is preferred.

Insurance experience is an advantage.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in online tools, software, and basic computer applications.

Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
