• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PHT

You'll work on creative projects for our global clients, turning footage and ideas into professional videos that engage viewers and meet project objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Turn Raw Footage into Polished Videos
Edit raw footage into professional, engaging content that follows creative briefs, project requirements, and quality standards.
2. Tell Stories Through Editing
Use pacing, sequencing, timing, and visual flow to create videos that feel natural, purposeful, and compelling.
3. Make Every Detail Count
Apply transitions, audio mixing, sound design, composition, and visual continuity to elevate the final output.
4. Bring Creative Ideas to Life
Interpret creative direction, contribute ideas, and identify opportunities to make each video more effective.
5. Collaborate and Improve
Work with Project Managers and Creative Leads, understand feedback, and implement revisions accurately while preserving the project's creative direction.
6. Deliver Quality on Time
Manage assigned projects, meet deadlines, stay organized, and maintain consistent quality across different assignments.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable professional video editing software.

•Understanding of professional video editing workflows.

• Strong knowledge of storytelling, pacing, sequencing, and visual continuity.
• Solid skills in transitions, composition, audio editing, and sound design.
• Ability to produce polished, professional videos—not just assemble clips.
• Adaptability to different creative styles and project requirements.

Creative Instincts

• A sharp eye for detail and visual quality.
• A strong sense of timing, rhythm, and audience engagement.
• Creativity and versatility in approaching different projects.
• The ability to recognize what a video needs to become more engaging and effective.
