Social Media Coordinator (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) — Part-Time, Philippines-Based
Confidential employer
The Role
We run a small group of US direct-to-consumer brands (bar soap, tallow skincare, freeze-dried pet treats). We make the content — we need a dependable person to post it and engage with our community. This is a doer role, not a strategy role. If you're reliable, organized, and write clean, friendly English, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Post and schedule the content we provide across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook — on time, every time.
- Write simple captions and hashtags that fit each brand's voice (we give you the guidance).
- Reply to comments and DMs in the brand's voice — friendly, helpful, on-brand.
- Watch for anything that needs the owner's attention (customer complaints, product questions, press) and flag it quickly.
- Light formatting or trimming of clips in CapCut or Canva when needed — nice to have, not the main job.
- Send a short weekly note: what went out, what people are responding to, anything worth knowing.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and deadline-driven — you treat a posting schedule like a commitment.
- Fluent, natural written English — you'll be replying to US customers, so this matters.
- Comfortable posting and scheduling on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook .
- Organized, responsive, and able to work with minimal supervision on a remote team.
- Basic CapCut/Canva comfort is a plus. Experience running or helping run brand social accounts is a plus.
You do not need to be a growth strategist, ad buyer, or policy expert. We're hiring for dependability and good communication.
What You'll Get
- $350–550 USD/month, part-time (~20 hours/week) — based on experience.
- Fully remote, async-friendly. Own your schedule as long as posts go out on time and the community is tended.
- Stable, long-term role. Clear, contained scope — no ad management, no inventory, no cold outreach.
- Direct access to the brand owner; fast feedback, good work recognized.
How to Apply
Send a short message with:
1. A brief intro (2–4 sentences): who you are and what social accounts you've helped post to or manage.
2. Links to 1–2 accounts you've posted to or replied for (your own or a client's). If under NDA, describe them.
3. One quick answer: A customer comments "Is this safe for my dog?" on one of our pet-treat videos. Write the reply you'd post. (We want to see your tone and English — keep it short and on-brand.)
Clear, friendly, and on time beats fancy. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.
