Appointment Setter

WE’RE HIRING | REMOTE APPOINTMENT SETTERS | PROSPER GROUP

We’re currently growing our team at Prosper Group and looking for new appointment setters to join us, with a current focus on the Australian market.
We work with property developers across Bali and Indonesia, selling luxury properties, resorts and large-scale developments to an international market.

The properties we sell start from around $150k USD and go up to several million, with developments valued between $20M and $100M+.

We generate leads globally, but as we’re currently strengthening our Australian team, we’re particularly looking for people who can work Australian business hours.

Schedule
Part-time or full-time, flexible schedule

Commission
Between 0.5% and 1%, depending on the project

Earning potential
$4k to $10k+ per month, commission-based or retainer option available, uncapped

The role
You’ll receive hot inbound leads generated daily through Meta.
Your role is to contact them, understand what they’re looking for, qualify them, follow up and book Zoom meetings with the sales team.

The location
Work from anywhere
The position is fully remote: AEST, AEDT, ACST, and AWST time zones
All you need is a reliable internet connection, WhatsApp and Zoom.

Who we’re looking for

• Confident and comfortable speaking with leads
• Good at building relationships and understanding what people are looking for
• Consistent and disciplined with follow-ups
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable in a performance-based environment
• Available to work Australian business hours
• Experienced in sales, ideally high-ticket sales, real estate, hospitality or investment
• Fluent in English, with additional languages being a +
• Motivated to learn, improve and perform as part of a team
