About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Full-Stack Web & App Developer who can help us build, develop, maintain, and improve websites, web applications, and mobile applications across our growing businesses.

Our projects span multiple industries, particularly real estate, property management, hospitality, and other business ventures. We need someone comfortable working on different projects, turning ideas into functional digital solutions, and collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
Build and improve applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Deploy, host, and manage projects using Vercel.
Work with JSON, APIs, and third-party integrations to connect systems and applications.
Develop and maintain backend functionality, databases, and server-side logic as required.
Build mobile or cross-platform applications where needed.
Troubleshoot bugs, improve performance, and ensure applications are secure and reliable.
Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Manage multiple development projects and provide regular progress updates.
Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in full-stack web development.
Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience deploying applications through Vercel.
Solid understanding of JSON, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Experience with backend technologies, databases, and authentication systems.
Familiarity with Git and version control.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
