Direct Response AI Video Editor - Meta ads

We're looking for a highly creative, hungry, and experienced Direct Response AI Video Editor to join our team full-time and produce high-performing Facebook & Instagram ads for our fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand.

This is NOT a basic video editing role. We need someone who understands direct-response marketing, storytelling, attention-grabbing hooks, pacing, and what makes people buy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Turn provided scripts and creative briefs into complete, high-quality video ads.
• Generating any footage required with AI tools
• Handle the entire production process: AI generation, editing, B-roll, sound design, transitions, captions, and final delivery.
• Bring your own creative ideas to improve storytelling, visuals, and overall ad quality.
• Produce multiple ad creatives consistently while maintaining high quality.

• Other Creative Formats

Requirements

• Proven experience editing direct-response Meta ads for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Strong experience with AI video and image generation tools.
• Excellent understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, retention, and sound design.
• Strong creativity and ability to execute ideas without constant guidance.
• Good English communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed briefs while independently solving creative problems.

What We're Looking For
Someone who doesn't just follow instructions but actually understands what makes a great ad. You should be able to take a script, visualize the entire concept, and turn it into a polished, engaging video without needing to be guided through every step.
