Full-Time Short-Form Video Editor / Content VA – TikTok, Reels & YouTube

We create high-volume short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels in the fashion, lifestyle, and creator space. We need a fast, reliable, trend-aware editor who can deliver 10 polished videos per day without dropping quality.

This is a long-term, full-time role for the right person.

WHAT YOU'LL EDIT

• Outfit transition videos: one person, two outfits, with a hat-throw or jacket-removal reveal cut perfectly on movement
• Vlog-style lifestyle videos: multi-clip edits combining outfit transitions, selfie-mode clips, and action shots into one smooth, high-energy video
• Men's and women's content

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit and deliver 10 short-form videos per day (15–30 seconds each)
• Match our established style: clean, aesthetic, strong transitions, tight pacing, and good sound design
• Stay current on TikTok/Reels trends, sounds, and editing styles, and bring ideas
• Hit deadlines and communicate quickly during working hours

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven short-form editing experience (portfolio required)
• Can edit 10 videos/day at a consistently high standard
• Strong with transitions, beat-syncing, and sound design
• Comfortable using AI editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar, plus AI tools)
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Fast response times and reliable internet
• Available full time
