Remote Sales Representative: Client Accounts (Full-Time, Philippines)

I run a small media agency, and most of our revenue comes from clients who buy from us again and again. I'm hiring a sales rep to own a set of client accounts: keep those clients happy, and grow what they spend with us.

This isn't cold calling. You'll work with clients who already know us. Your job is to build the relationship and spot the right moment to offer the next thing.

What you'll do

Manage your accounts. Keep a detailed profile on every client: preferences, birthdays, purchase history, what they've told you
Upsell and cross-sell. Recommend products and upgrades that fit each client, quoted from a fixed price list
Drive renewals. Remind clients before their membership renews, and win back the ones who've gone quiet
Welcome new clients and make their first experience a good one
Track your numbers. Keep a daily log of follow-ups and sales
Escalate early. An unhappy client, an unusual request or anything that feels off comes to me
What I'm looking for

Excellent English, written and spoken. You sound natural and friendly, not scripted. Near-native preferred.
A sales track record: BPO upselling or retention, telesales, retail, account management or customer success. A plus if you've hit monthly targets.
You remember people, and you write everything down
You can hear "no" and keep the relationship warm
Fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM)
Trustworthy: client information stays confidential
Reliable: on time for every shift, and you tell me early if you can't make one
Pay and details

USD $2.00/hour plus 10% commission on every sale you close
40 hours/week, fixed shifts (mostly Philippine daytime, some weekends)
Payment method to be decided together: I'll find one that works for both of us. Independent contractor.
