Social Media & Client Relations Assistant (Remote, Full-Time, Philippines)

I run a small media agency, and the business runs on repeat clients and a loyal social media following. I’m looking for an assistant to help me manage our Instagram accounts, look after client relationships and grow sales.

The right person remembers that a follower’s dog is called Max, replies like a real person, and knows when the moment is right to recommend something.

What you’ll do

Run the Instagram inbox. Reply to DMs warmly and quickly, answer common questions, and point people to the right place
Keep the accounts active. Post stories and updates on schedule, write captions, and keep the content calendar
Track growth. A short weekly report on followers, story views and what’s working
Remember every client. Keep detailed profiles (preferences, birthdays, past purchases) so every client feels known
Encourage sales. Recommend the right product or upgrade at the right time, quoted from a fixed price list
Follow up. Welcome new clients, check in on quiet ones, remind clients before their membership renews
Flag problems early. An unhappy client, an unusual request, anything that feels off

What I’m looking for

Excellent English, written and spoken. Natural, casual and warm, not scripted. Near-native preferred.
Instagram experience: you’ve managed an account for a brand, business or creator, and you know stories, highlights, close friends and the DM inbox inside out. Canva is a plus.
Sales experience: retail, telesales, BPO upselling, account management or customer success
A strong memory for people, and the discipline to write everything down
Fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM)
Trustworthy: client information stays confidential
Reliable: on time for every shift, and you tell me early if you can’t make one

Details

40 hours/week, fixed shifts (mostly Philippine daytime, some weekends)
USD $2.00/hour plus 10% commission on every sale you close
Payment method to be decided together: I’ll find one that works for both of us. Independent contractor.
Paid trial shift before you’re hired
Your own computer and phone, stable internet and a backup connection
Valid ID and an NDA required
