Content Management
About the Role

You've had this job before. You just never had the title.

You were the editor, the VA, the "content manager." But you were the one who actually ran the show. You built the process nobody asked for. You chased the founder for footage. You rebuilt the week around the session he missed. And when it went out late, YOU heard about it.

You can see the whole machine. You've just never been handed the keys.

I'm the founder. I'm the face. I'm the decision-maker. I am also, consistently, the bottleneck. I know it. I'm hiring you to fix it.

The Work

We're building a show: daily video content from me, turned into content everywhere my market lives, with paid promotion behind it. The system exists in my head (and in the process I run for my clients.) It does NOT (yet) exist on paper.

Job one is standing it up WITH me.
Scheduled working sessions, you and I, pulling the loop out of my head and into a production you can run.
You'll be in the room for the layout, not handed a manual afterward.

Job two is running it.
You own the schedule.
You get me in front of the camera.
You drive the raw through edit, audit, approval, and launch, and you don't let it sit.

I make the calls.
You make sure the calls get made, on time, and executed.

Job three is earned:
the loop gets tight enough that I only record and steer,
and YOU run the whole show.

What can't be taught is HOW YOU'RE WIRED.

You start things and you don't let go.
A rough vision energizes you.
A founder who's hard to pin down doesn't scare you.

You've done this for someone else's face - and you were good at it.

The Offer

Direct access to the owner. A schedule that's yours to protect. Real authority over the production, starting day one. A show you helped design and then get to run. And a role that grows into showrunner if you earn it, because I'd rather promote the person who built it than hire over them.

To Apply

Tell me two things, briefly:

A time you turned someone's loose idea into a process that actually ran.
A time the person you depended on kept NOT delivering, and what you did about it.

In Closing

If you want to be told what to do each day, this isn't for you.
If you need a finished SOP before you can move, this isn't for you.
If what you really want is to be the strategist, this isn't for you either. (The decisions stay with me.)

But if you read the first ten lines and felt seen, you already know.
Send it!
