WE'RE HIRING! Virtual Assistant 🤎

We're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of Alanah Mae Beauty Academy and Alanah Mae Creative.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills and experience in social media and administration.

Key Responsibilities...
Content Creation: Editing Instagram Reels, carousel posts and social media graphics using Canva, CapCut or InShot.
Customer Communication: Responding to email s and Instagram enquiries, following up with potential students and conducting outreach.

Email Marketing: Creating and scheduling email campaigns using provided content.
Student Administration: Organising training packs, sending follow-up email s, feedback forms and course resources.
Course Management: Updating training manuals and online course content through Thinkific.
Content Planning: Organising and updating content calendars in Notion.
General Administration: Preparing invoices, organising files and assisting with day-to-day business tasks.

Skills & Experience...
Confident using Canva and CapCut/InShot.
Experience with Notion, Thinkific and Google Workspace is advantageous.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and meet deadlines.
An interest in beauty and social media is a bonus!
