Job Overview

Cornell Coaching Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Miner / Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify, research, and build a database of pharmacy leads across the United States.

The ideal candidate has experience in online research, data mining, lead generation, and building accurate contact lists for US-based businesses. You should be comfortable using online search engines, business directories, pharmacy websites, and other research tools to find and verify relevant pharmacy information.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify pharmacies across the United States that meet our target criteria.
• Generate qualified pharmacy leads using Google, online directories, pharmacy websites, and other available research tools.
• Collect and organize pharmacy business information, including:
• Pharmacy name
• Business address, city, state, and ZIP code
• Business phone number
• Official website
• Publicly listed business email address, when available
• Owner, manager, or other relevant business contact, when publicly available
• Verify contact information to ensure accuracy and minimize duplicate or outdated records.
• Maintain and update lead databases using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or a CRM.
• Follow lead generation guidelines and meet daily or weekly lead targets.
• Provide regular progress reports and maintain consistent communication with the team.
• Follow applicable US privacy, data protection, and outreach requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data mining, lead generation, web research, or list building.
• Experience researching US businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google search techniques and online business directories.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow instructions.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
• Good written English communication skills.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience generating leads for pharmacies, healthcare businesses, medical suppliers, or other healthcare-related organizations.
• Familiarity with pharmacy directories and business verification tools.
• Experience with CRM systems and email verification tools.

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
• Total: 40 hours per week
• Location: Remote

Please note that the schedule follows US Eastern Time, so working hours in the Philippines will fall overnight and may shift when the US observes daylight saving time.
