ABOUT OUR COMPANY

We are a US-based travel agency specializing in cruises, luxury vacations, all-inclusive resorts, international group travel, and partial/full-ship charters.

We are seeking an experienced specialist who can take responsibility for improving our existing website, implementing comprehensive SEO and AI search optimization, strengthening our conversion funnel, and increasing qualified customer inquiries.

OUR CURRENT RESULTS

Our agency is already receiving approximately 2–3 client inquiries per month through ChatGPT.

We want to build on these results and significantly increase the number of potential customers discovering and contacting our agency through ChatGPT Search, Google Search, Google AI Overviews, and other AI-powered search platforms.

Our priority is attracting genuine customers interested in booking Virgin Voyages cruises.

OUR PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

1. FULL SEO OPTIMIZATION

Conduct a comprehensive technical and on-page SEO audit of ---------- .

Identify and correct technical SEO problems affecting search visibility.

Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, website content, images, internal links, and URL structures.

We are especially interested in attracting customers who use ChatGPT to research Virgin Voyages cruises, compare cruise options, find travel advisors, and explore available booking opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

Optimizing website content for relevant AI-powered search queries.

Improving content structure, expertise signals, trustworthiness, and factual accuracy.

Creating helpful FAQ sections and relevant cruise planning resources.

Implementing appropriate structured data.

Improving brand consistency and online business information.

Identifying opportunities to earn relevant, high-quality citations, mentions, and backlinks.

Monitoring AI referral traffic and identifiable leads from ChatGPT and other AI platforms.

Using ChatGPT professionally for research, analysis, content planning, and SEO workflows.

Personalize automated communications using customer information.

Improve lead organization and tracking.

Test the complete customer journey from website visit to quote request and follow-up.

5. CLIENT ACQUISITION & LEAD GENERATION

Our main business objective is to attract more qualified Virgin Voyages customers.

We are already generating approximately 2–3 client inquiries monthly through ChatGPT and want to increase that number.

We need someone who understands how to improve search visibility and convert that visibility into real business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will help us:

Increase qualified cruise inquiries.

Attract new customers through Google and AI-powered search.

Improve website conversion rates.

Increase completed travel quote requests.

Identify which search channels are generating customers.

Develop an ongoing strategy for generating organic leads.

6. ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE REPORTING

Set up, review, or improve Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

Monitor organic traffic, search rankings, and website performance.

Track available ChatGPT and AI search referral data.

Measure qualified leads, quote submissions, and attributable bookings.

Provide weekly progress reports.

Explain completed work, improvements, challenges, and recommended next steps.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of professional SEO experience preferred.

Proven experience with technical SEO and on-page optimization.

Strong understanding of AI-powered search and ChatGPT Search visibility.

Practical experience using ChatGPT for SEO research, content development, and analysis.

Experience optimizing existing websites and lead generation funnels.

The initial 30-day trial will focus on evaluating technical skills, completed improvements, communication, and measurable progress.

We will evaluate performance based on implementation quality, SEO improvements, conversion funnel performance, and progress toward generating more qualified inquiries through Google and AI-powered search.

Successful candidates may continue with our agency long term.
