SB Home Buyers is a fast-growing US real estate investment firm. We’re looking for a driven Acquisition Specialist to find, evaluate, and close on undervalued residential properties. If you love the thrill of the deal, from sourcing a lead to sizing up a property to getting a seller to “yes,” this is your seat.

Quick Facts

Pay: $1,500/month base + 2% commission on deal size (no cap)
Schedule: Full-time, 10 am -7 pm est
Location: remote

What You’ll Do

Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified leads
Run market analyses to spot real opportunities
Negotiate purchase agreements directly with property owners
Work with our dispositions, legal, and construction teams to get deals to closing
Track every deal stage in our CRM
Hit and beat your monthly targets

What You Bring

1+ years in real estate acquisitions, sales, cold calling, or investing (strong sales backgrounds from other industries are welcome)
Sharp negotiation skills and the ability to build trust fast
An eye for property value
Self-discipline to run your pipeline independently
Comfort with CRM tools and real estate databases
Good spoken and written English
