NOW HIRING – REMOTE DENTAL INSURANCE VERIFICATION

Compensation: $400/month
Schedule: Must be available during Eastern Time (EST/ET) business hours
Position: Remote

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Dental Insurance Verification Assistant who is highly proficient in Dentrix and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Complete detailed dental insurance verifications.
• Obtain full benefit breakdowns, including frequencies, limitations, exclusions, waiting periods, deductibles, maximums, and coverage percentages.
• Accurately update insurance coverage tables in Dentrix.
• Verify eligibility and benefits for upcoming appointments.
• Document all verification findings clearly and accurately.
• Provide timely updates and communicate discrepancies.

STRICT REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of proven dental insurance verification experience.
• Strong proficiency in Dentrix, including updating coverage tables.
• Thorough understanding of dental insurance terminology, CDT codes, and benefit structures.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be available during Eastern Time business hours.
