Social Media + GoHighLevel VA for a Fitness Studio (Base Pay + Performance Bonuses)

Hi there! I’m KP, owner of Altern8 Training, a community-driven fitness studio in Sydney, Australia. We’ve been running for five years and help busy parents and working professionals get stronger and feel great. Our members are the best, and I’d love a VA who helps more people find us.

I’m looking for a proactive VA who loves social media, is comfortable in GoHighLevel, and wants to be paid for the results they create, not just the hours they log.

What you’ll be doing

1. Social media (weekly)

• Create 3 to 4 posts a week in Canva or Capcut and schedule them
• Research viral hooks and trending content each week
• Pitch a few content ideas at the start of each month
• Follow new accounts, send friendly follow-up DMs, and turn conversations into booked calls
• Engage with comments and community posts
• Post weekly in Facebook community groups
• Send a monthly report on post performance and analytics

2. SEO and website (weekly)

• One Google Business Profile post a week
• One short website article a week, optimised for local search

3. GoHighLevel (monthly projects)

• Build workflows, landing pages and automations as needed, roughly once a month
• Help run our ongoing email campaign, 3 to 4 email s per month, split testing video email s against traditional written email s

4. Lead magnets (ongoing)

An on going project to work on with me.- Research and help build free resources (guides, checklists, recipe books) that we offer prospects. We’ll build the library together.

The bonuses (the fun part)
On top of your base pay, you can earn extra for results:

$10 to $30 for every DM lead who replies and books a call, depending on how qualified they are
$10 to $30 for every email lead who replies and books a call
$10-$20 for every post that gets 50+ likes with good engagement

I’ll share exactly how “qualified” is defined, so you always know where you stand.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have used Canva, GoHighLevel and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
• Write clear, friendly English
• Are happy to take ownership, flag problems early and suggest ideas
• Like the health and fitness world (a big plus, but not essential)
