React.js | TypeScript | Automation & System Improvement

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Full Stack Developer to join our growing software team. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of understanding existing systems while contributing to the development of new features and improvements.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with modern web technologies, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with team members, and helping improve our software platform over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Review and understand existing systems, workflows, and codebases.
• Collaborate with team members to discuss requirements, solutions, and technical improvements.
• Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and system errors.
• Participate in software testing, quality assurance, and release preparation.
• Assist in automating repetitive processes and improving workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Help implement secure coding practices and maintain data protection standards.
• Provide regular progress updates and communicate technical concerns when needed.
• Contribute ideas for improving user experience, system performance, and scalability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of modern web development concepts and best practices.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with existing codebases and maintaining software applications.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the team.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, or similar database technologies.
• Experience with software testing, QA processes, bug tracking, or UAT.
• Knowledge of automation tools and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms.
• Experience working on SaaS, business management, accounting, ERP, CRM, or administrative software platforms.
• Knowledge of software security and secure development practices.
