Revit Architectural Technician

We are a UK architectural company We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused Revit technician to join our team and work on UK residential projects: extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments and new-build housing.

What you will do:

Produce existing and proposed plans, elevations and sections in Revit from survey information and sketches
Build and edit Revit families properly, especially windows, doors and casework, with correct parameters, types and nesting
Prepare planning drawings and building regulation drawings to our office standards
Keep models clean, organised and consistent with our templates
Make revisions quickly and accurately from feedback

What we need from you:

Strong working knowledge of Revit (essential); you must be able to create families from scratch, not just load them
Some knowledge of UK construction and drawing standards (an advantage; full training will be given)
Good written and spoken English; you will receive written instructions and must be able to ask clear questions
Attention to detail and pride in accurate, tidy drawings
The ability to work to deadlines and follow instructions consistently
A reliable internet connection and your own licensed Revit setup
