About the Role

We are a German e-commerce company selling on Amazon across Europe. We are looking for an experienced, full-time Online Arbitrage Virtual Assistant to help us source profitable products and grow our Pan-European FBA business.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who already has solid experience with European Amazon marketplaces and can work independently.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

We are exclusively looking for candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on Online Arbitrage sourcing experience across ALL FOUR of the following Amazon marketplaces:

  • 🇩🇪 Germany – ----------
  • 🇫🇷 France – ----------
  • 🇮🇹 Italy – ----------
  • 🇪🇸 Spain – ----------

Experience with these four European marketplaces is a mandatory requirement, not just a preference.

We appreciate that many talented Amazon VAs have extensive experience with the US ( ---------- ) or UK ( ---------- ) marketplaces. However, our business operates specifically in continental Europe, and our sourcing processes require direct experience with the German, French, Italian, and Spanish markets.

If your sourcing experience is limited to the US or UK, please do not apply for this position. Even several years of US or UK sourcing experience cannot replace the specific European marketplace experience we require.

Likewise, experience with only one, two, or three of the required European marketplaces is not sufficient.

We want to be transparent about this requirement to respect everyone's time and ensure that applicants are a good match for the position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Source profitable products from European online retailers for resale on ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , and ----------
  • Analyze products using Keepa (price history, sales rank, offer count, Buy Box behavior)
  • Calculate profit and ROI, including Amazon fees, FBA fees, shipping, and VAT
  • Verify exact product matches (variants, bundles, pack sizes, EANs)
  • Identify potential risks, including IP complaints, brand restrictions, category restrictions, and hazmat
  • Estimate sales volume and evaluate Buy Box competition
  • Maintain clear, organized records of sourced products and decisions

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • At least 12 months of proven Online Arbitrage sourcing experience covering Germany, France, Italy, AND Spain
  • Strong experience sourcing products from European online retailers
  • Confident reading and analyzing Keepa charts – this is essential
  • Good understanding of Amazon EU marketplaces, Pan-European FBA, and European VAT basics
  • Ability to calculate profitability and ROI accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good written English
  • Reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer
  • Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week) with overlap with European business hours

Please note: US and UK marketplace experience can be an additional advantage, but it does not count toward the required European sourcing experience.

HIGHLY PREFERRED – PROFITPATH & PROFITGO EXPERIENCE

Previous hands-on experience with ProfitPath and/or ProfitGo is a major advantage and will be strongly prioritized during our selection process.

These tools are an important part of our sourcing workflow, so applicants who have already used them in their daily work will receive significant preference.

However, experience with these tools is NOT mandatory, and candidates without it are still welcome to apply if they meet our European marketplace experience requirements.

Please be honest about your experience. Simply knowing what ProfitPath or ProfitGo is, watching videos about the tools, or having heard of them does not count as practical experience.

We are specifically interested in candidates who have actually worked with ProfitPath and/or ProfitGo to source and analyze products.

If you have hands-on experience, please briefly explain how you have used these tools and for how long.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Long-term, stable full-time position
  • Direct collaboration with the business owner – no middlemen
  • Clear processes, structured workflows, and fair feedback
  • Payment in USD
  • Opportunity to grow with an established European Amazon business

HOW TO APPLY

Every qualified applicant will be invited to complete an online skills assessment consisting of approximately 70 multiple-choice questions covering Keepa, profit calculations, European Amazon marketplaces, and FBA.

The assessment takes approximately 30–60 minutes and is the most important part of our selection process.

To apply, please send us a message including

1. KEEPA as the very first word of your message.
2. A short summary of your Online Arbitrage sourcing experience.
3. Confirmation that you have sourced products for all four marketplaces (Germany, France, Italy, and Spain), including how long you have worked with each marketplace.
4. Your actual experience with ProfitPath and/or ProfitGo, including how long you have actively used them and what tasks you performed. If you have never used either tool, please state that clearly.
5. Your expected hourly rate in USD.

Qualified applicants will receive a personal assessment link and access code.

ONE FINAL NOTE

We kindly ask you to apply only if you meet our European marketplace experience requirements.

We are specifically hiring for DE, FR, IT, and ES sourcing – not US or UK sourcing.

Candidates with proven European sourcing experience and practical knowledge of ProfitPath or ProfitGo will be given priority.

If you have at least one year of practical sourcing experience across all four required European marketplaces, we would be happy to hear from you!
