What You'll Be Doing:
-Find and connect with U.S. and Canadian shippers who need freight services.
-Turn cold outreach into meaningful sales conversations.
-Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified prospects.
-Develop creative prospecting strategies that actually work.
-Convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
-Track your performance and take ownership of your results.

You're Who We're Looking For If:
-You have 3+ years of proven sales or business development experience in freight, trucking, or logistics.
-You understand the U.S. freight brokerage and 3PL industry.
-You've successfully generated leads, booked meetings, or acquired customers.
-You're comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting tools, and CRM platforms.
-You don't need someone constantly telling you what to do.
-You're resourceful, competitive, creative, and driven by results.
