Zammitti Law, PLLC, a boutique estate planning and elder law firm based in New York, USA, is looking for a talented WordPress Landing Page Designer & Developer to take ownership of an exciting initial project.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with a creative eye, excellent communication, and a genuine sense of responsibility for the finished product.

Our first project is one landing page. If the collaboration goes well, there is potential to develop additional landing pages and possibly redesign our existing website.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will work with our team to design, create, test, and launch a professional, conversion-focused WordPress landing page.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create a visually appealing, modern landing page that reflects our brand and resonates with our intended audience.
• Develop the landing page using WordPress, ensuring a polished experience on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Recommend improvements to layout, messaging, calls to action, and user experience to increase conversions.
• Integrate forms, scheduling tools, tracking pixels, and other marketing tools as required.
• Optimize loading speed, mobile responsiveness, basic SEO, and overall performance.
• Test every element thoroughly, including forms, buttons, links, and mobile layouts.
• Track project milestones, communicate progress, and address feedback promptly.
• Deliver a fully functioning, thoroughly tested landing page with clear instructions for future updates.

We will provide direction on our brand, audience, goals, and available content. We expect you to bring your technical expertise, design recommendations, and creative problem-solving skills to the project.

What We’re Looking For
Required qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience designing and developing landing pages using WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality, responsive website or landing page design.
• Experience creating conversion-focused landing pages with compelling calls to action.
• Strong understanding of mobile optimization, website speed, and usability.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to meet agreed-upon deadlines and communicate proactively.
• Willingness to receive feedback and make thoughtful revisions.

Preferred qualifications

• WordPress certification or relevant professional training.
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
• Familiarity with ActiveCampaign or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience integrating contact forms, appointment scheduling, analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
• Previous work with professional services businesses, particularly law firms, is a plus.

Project Structure & Compensation
Location: Remote, Philippines-based applicants.
Engagement: Freelance / independent contractor, project-based.

Initial assignment: One WordPress landing page.
Compensation: Fixed project fee based on experience, portfolio, and proposed scope.

Schedule: Flexible work hours, with scheduled meetings and reasonable communication overlap with our team in Eastern Time (New York).

Future opportunities: Additional landing pages, website enhancements, and a potential full website redesign, based on the success of the initial project.

We respect the time difference and do not expect you to work an overnight U.S. schedule. However, timely communication and availability for occasional prearranged meetings are important.
