Local Growth & Marketing Operations Specialist

We're looking for someone who knows how to get things done, stays organized, and genuinely enjoys marketing.

At Johnny Tsunami Exterior Cleaning, we're growing and need someone who can help us reach more local homeowners, strengthen our online presence, and keep our marketing efforts moving.

We're not looking for someone who just checks off tasks. We want someone who takes ownership, notices opportunities, and isn't afraid to bring new ideas to the table.

What You'll Be Doing
Help improve our local SEO and Google Business Profile visibility.
Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
Keep our business listings, online profiles, and marketing information updated.
Support social media, content planning, and community marketing efforts.
Track marketing results and help us understand what's working.
Find ways to improve our processes and generate more local leads.

Who We're Looking For
Has at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, local SEO, or marketing operations.
Comfortable using Google Business Profile, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and marketing tools.
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Communicates clearly and follows through on commitments.
Has good attention to detail and enjoys solving problems.

Bonus if you've worked with home service businesses or US-based companies.
