Sales Representative

Johnny Tsunami Exterior Cleaning is looking for a motivated, confident, and friendly Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team!

We're looking for someone with excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you're a great communicator, eager to improve, and motivated to succeed, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
Answer inbound calls and turn inquiries into booked jobs.
Follow up with potential customers through calls and texts.
Build relationships with customers and confidently recommend our services.
Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
Keep customer information and sales activities updated in our CRM.
Work toward daily sales goals and help the team grow.

What We're Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English (a MUST).
Strong communication and people skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
Willing to receive feedback and improve.
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required!
