AI-Powered Marketing Operator (Part-Time) – Content, Funnels & Automation

I'm Nat, a Spanish-born business mentor based in Australia. I help women entrepreneurs build their businesses through my mentorship program.

My audience is Spanish-speaking. Spanish is a big plus but not required: you'll create content with AI tools and I'll review the final Spanish copy.

I'm building a lean, AI-first business. I set the vision and strategy (with AI); I need a sharp, organized operator who uses AI tools to EXECUTE everything fast and keeps the marketing machine running every week.

Main goal: a successful launch of my 10-week group program in February.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Content

• Turn my strategy and ideas into Instagram content using AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI)
• Create carousels, reels and stories following my brand guidelines
• Repurpose my videos into short clips (CapCut, Opus Clip, Submagic)
• Schedule and publish content consistently

Funnels & email

• Build and maintain my funnel in Systeme.io: lead magnet, masterclass, sales pages
• Set up email sequences (copy drafted with AI, approved by me)
• Manage DM automations in Manychat

Ads & data

• Set up and monitor Meta Ads campaigns (I define the strategy)
• Track results weekly: leads, cost per lead, sales
• Send me a short weekly report with what worked and what to improve

Operations

• Keep tasks, files and processes organized
• Create simple SOPs so systems run without me
• Find new AI tools or automations that save time

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

• Excellent English; Spanish is a strong advantage
• Heavy, daily user of AI tools (show me how you use them)
• Strong Canva skills and a good eye for clean, elegant design
• Experience with any of: Systeme.io, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Manychat, Meta Ads Manager
• Extremely organized, proactive and reliable with deadlines
• Fast learner who loves building systems
• You don't wait to be told: you spot problems and propose fixes

COMPENSATION

• Base salary + monthly performance bonus for hitting agreed targets
• 3-month trial period, then salary review based on results
• Long-term role; hours and pay grow as the business grows

DETAILS

• 15 hours/week, flexible schedule
• Some overlap with Australian (Sydney) time for a weekly call
