Offer: Helping people earn a bit of every transaction fee on Bitcoin and Ethereum, without trading, in 2 to 3 hours a week. High ticket. Leads come from Instagram, mostly Western Europe and English speakers aged 25 to 60.

Role: Instagram DM Setter. We want 24/7 coverage and nobody answers our DMs between 10 PM and 6 AM CET. You fill that gap.

No outbound. We have an outbound team. You only handle conversations: inbound DMs, follow-ups and booking.

The team: close and tight knit. One setter covers CET, my wife. She knows me and the offer better than anyone, and she trains you herself. You are the second setter and you cover the night. We are not testing anything.

The framework is proven and the training is state of the art and internal.

All calls you book are taken by me, as opposed to other offers, I am the face on the page and the calls, no gaps or walls, people talk to me, as I carry the conviction due to the proof we realize every week. Shift: 22:00 to 06:00 CET, 6 days a week. That is 4 PM to 12 AM New York time.

Location: it doesn't matter where you live. You need to cover the hours, and it has to be sustainable for you and the people around you. We care about that. What you do:

Remind booked calls and get them confirmed
Follow up on booking links within 20 minutes
Answer new inbound DMs first
Send 100+ follow-ups a day
Tag every lead in Kommo and file an exact end of day report
Pay: 5% commission on every close you book on my call. I can't tell you what you will earn. This is not a VA role, you need high emotional intelligence and sales skills. (Bizz op alone doesn’t meet our criteria).

You have:

Instagram DM setting experience, high ticket if possible
Clear, friendly English
Patience with careful leads who fear scams
A laptop and a stable internet connection Crypto experience is a plus, not required.
