Social Media Manager & Reels Editor (UK Property)
Part-time · Remote · 4.5 hours a day, Mon–Fri · $5/hour (about $112 a week)

Two UK property brands, mostly Tom .

Tom . connects investors with off-market UK property and has been live since September 2026. Quiet, editorial, number-first.
Property One Group buys and sources residential property. Direct and deal-led.

Prove yourself and the role grows to full-time. We review at 8 weeks on output, accuracy and attendance.

Your week

Daily: 2 statics (one per brand) and 1 reel (mostly Tom), posted to Facebook , Instagram and LinkedIn
Daily: reply to comments and Facebook groups, apply feedback, run GoHighLevel email sends
Weekly: write video scripts for the founder to record
Friday: research competitors and build next week’s content calendar

Who you are

Highly creative. You know what’s working now and make ours stand out from it.
You make scroll-stopping content with strong hooks, clean edits and bold visuals.
You turn competitor research into better ideas.
You write scripts and captions in two voices, including with restraint: no hype, numbers first.

Reliability matters as much as skill

Content goes out every working day. Time off is agreed in advance, never on the day.
You check spelling, facts and brand yourself. Errors don’t reach us.
You create scripts and reels from founder footage and AI tools without waiting to be told.
One other client is fine if our work never slips.

We support you
You’ll get brand guides, founder footage, feedback and a weekly call. We set direction; you deliver.

You must have

An eye-catching portfolio of reels and posts you made, with views or engagement
Video editing skills, including AI tools
Current knowledge of trends on Instagram, Facebook and ----------
Short-form scriptwriting
Fluent written English and Canva skills (GoHighLevel is a bonus)

Preferred: real estate content experience. If you have it, lead with it.
