I am looking for an experienced AI Scriptwriter & Prompt Engineer who meets the following criteria. :)

• Strong experience in AI prompting and writing high-quality YouTube scripts.
• Can analyze a YouTube channel and create effective prompts that match its content, style, and audience.
• Understands YouTube storytelling, strong hooks, curiosity, and audience retention.
• Can work with us long-term (1+ years).

Salary starts at $700/month + bonuses based on performance. If you have strong experience and proven results, we are happy to negotiate.

We provide all the AI tools, subscriptions, and resources needed for the job.

We are looking for someone who knows how to build amazing prompts and turn them into high-retention YouTube scripts, not someone who simply asks ChatGPT to write a script.

(MUST) Send 1-2 examples of YouTube videos you have written scripts for, ideally with proof of performance (average view duration, retention graphs, or total views).

BONUS: If you attach a short video explaining your experience, we will prioritize your application.

DON'T SEND GENERIC PORTFOLIOS OR IRRELEVANT EXAMPLES. We want to see actual scripts, prompts you created, and results from videos you worked on.
