Operations & Marketing Assistant (GoHighLevel + Google Ads) - Australian Detailing Business

We are a premium vehicle detailing business in Perth, Western Australia. Paint correction, ceramic coating, window tinting, fleet and commercial accounts.

This is not a general VA role. We are looking for one capable person to run the back end of the business so the owner can stay in the workshop and with clients. Long term, full time, and we expect to keep and grow with the right person.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Customer enquiries and bookings. Replying to enquiries by email and through our booking system in a premium, professional tone, confirming appointments, sending reminders, keeping the calendar clean.

Invoicing and follow-ups. Creating invoices, chasing unpaid ones on schedule, keeping customer records and the job log accurate.

GoHighLevel. Managing the pipeline, building and maintaining workflows and automations as the business grows.

Paid ads execution. Running our Google and Meta campaigns day to day under our direction: uploading creatives, pausing what is not converting, keeping the account healthy. We set the strategy, you execute it and tell us what the numbers say.

Reporting. A short weekly summary covering bookings, unpaid invoices, ad performance and anything needing the owner's attention.

REQUIREMENTS - THESE ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE

Hands-on GoHighLevel experience. Not "willing to learn". You must have worked in it.

Hands-on Google Ads experience. You must have managed a live account, not just watched someone else do it.

Excellent written English. You will be writing directly to our customers under our brand.

Available during Perth business hours, AWST, UTC plus 8, full time.

Reliable internet, backup power, and a quiet place to work.

PAY

$1,200 to $1,500 USD per month depending on experience, full time, paid fortnightly via Wise. Reviewed at three months.

HOW TO APPLY

2. A video, 60 to 90 seconds, you talking to camera. Tell us one specific thing you changed in a Google Ads or GoHighLevel account and what happened as a result. Unlisted YouTube or Loom link is fine. No video, no application.

3. The name, job title, company and work email address of someone who has managed you. We will contact them.

4. Your monthly rate, your available hours, and how many hours a week you are currently committed to other clients.

5. This exercise. A customer email ed four days ago asking for a quote and nobody replied. They have now email ed again, politely annoyed. Write the reply you would send, exactly as you would send it, with nothing left as a placeholder. Look at ---------- first. We are a premium brand, so the tone is confident and professional, never casual and never chasing.
