Full-Time Remote Position: All-in-One Operations & Marketing Specialist (GHL, Web, SMM & CSR)

Compensation: $1,000 USD / month

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | Canadian Business Hours (Philippine Night Shift)

Location: 100% Remote (Work-From-Home)

Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile, tech-savvy Operations & Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our daily business operations and digital media. In this dynamic role, you will manage our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, build and update website pages, create engaging social media media (graphics and videos), and deliver top-notch customer support.

Key Responsibilities
GHL & CRM Management: Triage inbound leads, organize pipelines, update contact tags/lists, draft proposals, and set up basic workflow automations.

Website Management: Build, update, and maintain website pages primarily on Squarespace (as well as GHL or other platforms), ensuring clean layouts and mobile responsiveness.

Social Media & Content Creation: Design professional graphic assets and edit short/long-form videos to produce high-quality, on-brand social media content.

Customer Support (CSR): Deliver professional, responsive client support across phone, email , text, and messaging channels.

Administrative Operations: Audit client files, assist with basic record-keeping, and handle daily operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly.

Candidate Requirements
GHL & CRM Experience: Hands-on proficiency navigating GoHighLevel pipelines, messaging, and database management.

Creative Portfolio (Mandatory): Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (samples required with application).

Website Experience: Confident creating and editing pages on Squarespace (experience with GHL funnels or other builders is a plus).

CSR & Communication: Near-native written and spoken English with a clear, friendly phone manner for North American clients.

Availability & Setup: Fully equipped home office ready for full-time Canadian operating hours (PH night shift).
