What a typical day looks like:

• Make 100–300+ outbound calls daily to U.S. business owners.
• Work from our database of 80,000+ leads.
• Start conversations confidently and identify potential funding needs.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments with our sales team.
• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving forward.
• Track calls, appointments, and follow-ups accurately in our CRM.
• Follow proven sales scripts and continuously improve your approach.
• Work closely with the team to improve appointment quality, show rates, and sales results.
• Develop your closing skills and work toward becoming a high-ticket sales closer.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B sales.
• Excellent spoken English and confident phone communication.
• Strong objection-handling, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing high call volumes and working toward sales targets.
• Ability to stay motivated and professional through rejection.

Strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, and willingness to be coached.

Experience with high-ticket sales, financial services, or CRM systems is an advantage.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week during U.S. business hours. Applicants must be comfortable working evening or night shifts when required by their local time zone.

Location: Fully remote. Open to applicants in the Philippines and Latin America.
