We need someone who deeply understands direct-response marketing, customer psychology, winning angles, and creative testing — and knows how to build repeatable systems to consistently produce winning ads.

We're looking for proven performance, not just experience.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Research customer avatars, pain points, desires, objections, and buying psychology to uncover winning advertising angles.
  • Creative Strategy: Develop high-converting hooks, concepts, scripts, and messaging for static and video ads.
  • Creative Briefing: Create detailed, production-ready briefs for our editors, designers, and AI creative team.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze Meta ad performance, identify winners, understand why they work, and develop strategic iterations.
  • Creative Systems: Build and optimize SOPs, workflows, and testing processes to support high-volume creative production.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with our media buyers and creative team to continuously develop and scale new winners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of DTC e-commerce creative strategy experience.
  • MUST have personally developed at least one Meta ad that spent over $59,000 in a single month while meeting the brand's performance targets.
  • MUST provide screenshots from Meta Ads Manager verifying the ad's individual spend and performance.
  • Experience with brands spending $100K+/month on advertising.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting, scriptwriting, and customer research skills.
  • Experience creating detailed creative briefs and managing production workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Meta ad metrics, creative testing, and iteration strategies.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and process-driven.

Bonus: Experience with AI-generated ads, high-volume creative testing, and brands spending $500K–$1M+/month.
