Cold Caller + Virtual Assistant / Customer Relationship Manager (Part/Full-Time)

AfterMarketScout is hiring a full-time Cold Caller + Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid role: part sales caller, part VA and customer relationship manager. We're starting with a one-month trial, with a long-term position for the right person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Cold call prospects to start conversations and book meetings
• Warm call prospects who have replied to our cold email campaigns, qualify their interest and set appointments
• Check in with existing customers to make sure they're happy and keep the relationship strong
• Send follow-up email s and manage outreach through our sales pipelines
• Keep our CRM (Freshsales) up to date with notes, call outcomes and next steps
• Help with general admin and VA tasks as needed

WHO YOU'LL BE CALLING
Mostly automotive aftermarket and off-road businesses in the US. Example of a prospect we reach out to: ----------

SCHEDULE
Full ---------- -Time, Monday to Friday. Since we call US businesses, most of your hours will need to overlap with US business hours. We'll agree on the exact schedule together.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting or inside sales
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable with CRMs (Freshsales experience is a plus)
• Organized, reliable and good at follow-up
• Stable internet, quiet workspace, good headset
• Able to work during US business hours

TOOLS

• CRM: Freshsales
• Dialer: your choice (we'll most likely use Quo)
