About Us:
Drop Dress Sizes is a fitness coaching business helping Australian women feel confident and strong in their bodies. We’re growing and looking for a warm, reliable Appointment Setter to join the team ASAP.

What You’ll Do:
Start conversations, follow up, and book calls through ---------- on Instagram and Facebook
Work inbound leads from our Meta ads in GoHighLevel quickly, following up by SMS, call, and email until they book or opt out
Book leads into 15-minute triage calls on the coach’s calendar
Keep conversations friendly, natural, and human (never salesy or scripted)

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an appointment setter or DM setter, ideally for coaching or fitness offers
Strong written English and a warm, natural tone
GoHighLevel experience is a big plus
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
Able to work Australian (Sydney) business hours

Schedule: Full-time, Sydney business hours (roughly 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine time)
