We're looking for a short-form video editor to create clips/graphics from podcast episodes / camera roll pictures & videos / YouTube videos / live presentations / coaching calls for social platforms.

The Role

Edit 4 short-form clips per week initially, will increase over time

Clips are taken from [long-form podcast episodes / camera roll pictures & videos / YouTube videos / recorded calls]

Deliver weekly, on time (no delays accepted)

Maintain consistency, clarity, and pacing across all edits

Types of Edits & Pay

Majority will be Low-effort edits with occasional high-effort edits $315 per month (simple cuts, subtitles, basic framing). As the work volume increases, so will the pay.

What You'll Be Doing (High Level)

Cut clips optimized for short-form platforms

Add subtitles and basic visual structure

Deliver clean, mistake-free edits consistently

Requirements

Experience editing short-form content (podcast clips, reels, shorts, TikToks)

Strong sense of pacing and hooks

High attention to detail

Very reliable with deadlines

Comfortable producing multiple clips per week

Nice to Have

Experience with animations, motion graphics

Familiarity with social-first content styles

Fast and organized workflow
