Cloud Phone Handler – Home Based - $200/month

We are hiring Cloud Phone Handlers to manage and monitor cloud-based virtual phone automation from home. You will be assigned up to 100 cloud phones that run on your personal computer 24/7 through a lightweight automation tool. Your job is to keep the system running, respond to alerts quickly, and report any issues to your team lead.

This is a low-maintenance, high-reliability role the automation runs in the background while you use your PC for other tasks. What we need is someone dependable, honest, and available to act fast when something goes wrong.

No prior automation or programming experience is required. If you have a reliable PC, stable internet, and a strong sense of responsibility, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and monitor a cloud phone automation tool on your personal computer, managing up to 100 virtual devices
• Ensure your PC stays powered on and connected to the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Respond to alerts and notifications within 30 minutes when phones drop or the system goes offline
• Troubleshoot basic issues independently (restart the application, check your internet connection, switch to backup internet)
• Disable your PC's sleep and hibernation settings to prevent automation interruptions
• Report issues, outages, and i ---------- clearly in English through our team group chat
• Follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain uptime for your assigned devices
• Coordinate with your team lead and fellow handlers when escalation is needed

Requirements
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

• A dedicated personal computer (desktop or laptop) that is not shared with other household members — minimum specs will be confirmed during screening
• Stable, wired (Ethernet) internet connection with a backup internet source (secondary ISP or mobile hotspot)
• Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) or a reliable power backup for your area
• Location with dependable electricity and internet service — frequent brownouts without a UPS are disqualifying
• Available at home for most of the day (ideal for freelancers, work-from-home professionals, or those with a flexible schedule)
• Willing to keep your PC running 24/7 without sleep mode or shutdowns
• Can communicate clearly in English — reading SOPs, reporting issues, and coordinating through group chat
• Trustworthy and accountable — willing to provide a valid government-issued ID and real home address
• Must perform the work personally from your own home — no subcontracting or delegating to others
• Responsive to alerts and available to troubleshoot within 30 minutes

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required, But a Plus)

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant (VA), tech support agent, or in any automation or monitoring role
• Familiarity with cloud phone tools, GenFarmer, or similar platforms
• Basic PC troubleshooting skills (restarting applications, diagnosing internet issues, switching to backup internet)
• Experience working in remote teams or following SOPs independently

How to Apply — Screening Process

Our hiring process is straightforward, but thorough — we need to make sure every handler has a setup that can run 100 cloud phones without interruption.

2. Share your PC specs — Provide a screenshot of your computer's system information (processor, RAM, storage, and OS).
3. Run a live speed test — Take a screenshot or share a link to your internet speed test results (upload and download speeds). We recommend using Speedtest by Ookla.
4. Describe your setup — Tell us about your internet type (fiber, DSL, etc.), whether you have backup internet, whether you own a UPS, and your electricity reliability.
5. Video call verification — Shortlisted candidates will be asked to join a brief video call to verify their setup live. You will be asked to show your workstation, run a live speed test on camera, and confirm your environment matches what you submitted.
