Project Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

JST Studio is a Hong Kong photo and video production company working with F&B and hospitality brands. We run a growing roster of monthly retainer clients, and we need someone to keep the whole operation running smoothly.

This is a full-time, remote role. You'll be the link between our clients, our shooters and our editors.

What you'll do

Be the day-to-day contact for all clients, handling scheduling, briefs, feedback and approvals
Plan and confirm shoots: dates, venues, crew, call times and what's needed on the day
Track every job from shoot to edit to delivery, and make sure deadlines are met
Brief our editors, chase footage and revisions, and check quality before anything goes out
Support invoicing and monthly retainer tracking
Spot problems early and flag them before they reach the client
What we're looking for

Previous experience in project, account or production management, ideally in creative, media or hospitality
Highly organised, with the ability to juggle many small deadlines at once
Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong plus
Comfortable with project tools and happy to set up better systems
Calm, proactive and good with clients
