HIRING: ROCKSTAR SALES CLOSER / TELEMARKETER — REMOTE PHILIPPINES

Monthly Salary: ₱30,000–₱60,000, depending on experience and performance

We are looking for a results-driven Filipino sales closer who can convert Facebook leads into active community members and legitimate trading-account sign-ups.

Your responsibilities

• Contact and qualify incoming Facebook leads.

• Follow up with prospects through Messenger, calls, and Telegram .

• Explain our community and onboarding process.

• Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the next steps.

• Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups in our CRM or tracking sheet.

• Submit daily sales reports and continuously improve conversion rates.

Our ideal candidate

• Has proven telemarketing, telesales, appointment-setting, or sales-closing experience.

• Can demonstrate measurable sales results.

• Communicates confidently in Filipino/Taglish and English.

• Is disciplined, competitive, organized, and comfortable working toward targets.

• Has a reliable internet connection, computer, and quiet workspace.

Compensation
Competitive monthly base salary within the stated range, plus performance incentives based on agreed KPIs.
