Digital Content & Creative Marketing Specialist (Full-Time, Long-Term)

We are a growing U.S.-based insurance agency looking for a creative, motivated, and reliable team member to join our digital marketing team!

We're looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute new ideas.

What You'll Be Doing

• Graphic Design: Create social media graphics, flyers, advertisements, and marketing materials using Canva.
• Creative Content: Help develop engaging posts, reels, videos, and other digital content.
• Lead Magnets: Create guides, promotional materials, and content that helps attract potential customers.
• Social Media: Assist with content creation, scheduling, and distribution across Facebook , Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and other platforms.
• Marketing Support: Help with email campaigns, landing pages, and lead-generation projects.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our social media team, share creative ideas, and help bring marketing campaigns to life.

-**Any other assigned tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, email campaigns, or landing pages.
• Good English communication skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

You don't need to know everything! We value creativity, teamwork, a strong work ethic, and someone who's excited to develop their skills.

Work Schedule & Team Environment

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (USA).
• Work remotely from home.
• Join our social media team in Google Meet throughout your scheduled shift, with your camera on.
• This is a dedicated full-time position, so no other clients or jobs during scheduled working hours.
• Reliable internet, a computer, and a webcam are required.
