Virtual Assistant Wanted – Beauty Brand & Shopify E-Commerce Support

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in Shopify, digital marketing, and client communication? I’m looking for someone who’s ready to grow with me—not just work for me.

I’m a full-time makeup artist and business owner running a beauty brand and studio. I need someone reliable who can help me manage the day-to-day while also bringing creative ideas to the table to help elevate and innovate my online presence and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Shopify Management & Marketing Strategy:
• Manage and update Shopify store
• Bring fresh marketing and sales ideas to help increase revenue
• Monitor analytics and recommend improvements
• Be growth-minded—when I make money, you earn bonuses!
• Client Communication & Scheduling Support:
• Confirm client appointments via Acuity Scheduling
• Respond to client messages and inquiries through my online phone number
• Delegate tasks and updates to clients as needed
• Tenant Relations:
• Assist booth rental tenants with questions
• Track rent payments and send friendly reminders
• Ad Campaigns & Social Media Management:
• Help create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Manage Instagram pages: content posting, engagement, and DMs

Ideal Candidate Has:

• Proven Shopify experience (store setup, sales strategy, updates)
• Social media marketing skills (especially IG + Facebook ads)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creativity and problem-solving mindset
• Reliability, loyalty, and a desire to grow with the brand
