US Healthcare Recruiter

We are looking into expanding into U.S. direct-hire healthcare recruiting. We're hiring a part-time recruiter to help us source and place nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and pharmacists with clinics and practices across the U.S.

Schedule: Part-time, ~15–20 hours/week, Pacific Time hours
Compensation: TBD (can discuss)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Responsibilities:
-Source qualified clinical candidates (NPs, PAs, RNs, pharmacists) via LinkedIn, healthcare job boards, and direct outreach
-Review resumes and verify licenses, credentials, and relevant clinical experience
-Conduct initial screens for clinical fit, communication skills, and culture fit
--Manage candidates end to end: sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer → start date
-Maintain an organized pipeline in our ATS and share weekly recruiting updates
-Coordinate with our team and client hiring managers to keep every search moving

Requirements:
-2+ years recruiting U.S.-based candidates; healthcare or clinical recruiting experience strongly preferred
-Working knowledge of clinical roles - NP/PA/RN scope, state licensing, and credentialing basics
-Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and healthcare-specific job boards
--Excellent communication - you'll represent us to candidates and clients alike
-Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
-ATS experience (we use Teamtailor)
