Hiring: Webinar Funnel Specialist (Online Coaching

We are looking for an experienced Webinar Funnel Specialist who has previously worked with online coaches, consultants, or course creators.

You must have hands-on experience using WebinarJam to build, manage, and optimize high-converting webinar funnels.

We are NOT looking for beginners. You must have successfully built webinar funnels for previous clients.

Responsibilities

Build and manage complete webinar funnels using WebinarJam.

Create webinar registration pages, thank-you pages, and sales pages.

Set up automated email and SMS follow-up sequences.

Integrate WebinarJam with CRM, email marketing, and payment platforms.

Configure webinar reminders, replay sequences, and post-webinar offers.

Implement upsells, downsells, and checkout funnels.

Track registration rates, attendance, conversions, and sales.

Optimize funnels to improve webinar attendance and coaching program sales.

Troubleshoot technical issues and manage integrations.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience building webinar funnels.

Previous WebinarJam experience is REQUIRED.

Must have worked with online coaching, consulting, or digital course businesses.

Experience with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier, or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of email automation, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Excellent English communication skills.
