General Assistant

Concepts2Launch is a product and brand development startup looking for a General Assistant to work directly with our founder.

This could be a great opportunity for someone who is relatively early in their career and wants the chance to learn, grow, take on new challenges, and become an important part of a growing company.

You don't need years of experience or an impressive list of job titles. We're much more interested in your attitude, energy, curiosity, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn.

If you're the kind of person who hears, “I've never done that before,” and thinks, “Let me figure it out,” we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
The work will vary from week to week. That's part of the position. You'll work directly with the founder on whatever needs his attention and can benefit from your help. Some weeks may involve research. Others may involve organizing information, following up on something, helping with a new product idea, or handling an administrative task.

Examples include:

• Researching products, vendors, competitors, software, services, or other topics
• Taking a broad research question and coming back with a clear summary of what you found
• Using AI tools such as ChatGPT to research, organize information, draft materials, and solve problems
• Organizing information, documents, spreadsheets, and files
• Helping keep track of follow-ups and things that need attention
• Preparing simple summaries, comparisons, or reports
• Assisting with scheduling, coordination, and administrative work
• Helping with occasional e-commerce or product-related tasks
• Assisting with professional and occasional personal administrative needs
• Learning new tools or processes when needed
• Taking on new responsibilities as you learn the business

You won't be expected to know how to do everything on day one. You will be expected to be willing to learn.

Limited professional experience is absolutely okay.

Hours & Growth
This position will begin at approximately 10 hours per week. However, we're building for growth. For the right person—and as the needs of Concepts2Launch demand—the position could increase substantially and potentially become full-time.
