About the Role

We are a company that builds websites for small local businesses in Colorado (plumbers, salons, restaurants,
auto shops) and then helps them get found on Google. We build the site first, free, then show it to
the owner. Your job is to call business owners, tell them we've built them something, and book a
15-minute call for our team to walk them through it.

You will:

  • make 80 to 120 calls a day from our own calling system, with scripts that fill themselves in for

each business;

  • log every call's outcome the same day;
  • book meetings onto our team's calendar;
  • practice on our AI practice line before you go live.

Your goal: one new client a week from the meetings you book, once your first month is done.

You have: at least one year of US outbound calling or appointment setting; clear, warm, natural
English; a quiet room, a headset, and reliable internet with a backup. We're looking for candidates who have previous experience working with a digital marketing agency, as the position requires familiarity with digital marketing services and communicating their value to business owners.

Schedule: full-time, Monday to Friday, US Mountain business hours.

Pay: Basic pay + Commission

To apply: start your application with the word SPARROW.

Then answer:
(1) What's the hardest objection you've handled on a cold call, and what did you say?
(2) Record a 60-second voice note introducing yourself as if you were calling a busy plumber.
