Amazon Online Arbitrage Product Research VA | Creative Carioca
Confidential employer
Creative Carioca is looking for an experienced Amazon Online Arbitrage Product Research Virtual Assistant for a long-term collaboration focused on manual sourcing for Amazon US. You will evaluate FBA and FBM opportunities and submit complete, accurate, purchase-ready leads. This role is for product research and does not include purchasing products.
You should already have practical Amazon US OA sourcing experience and be able to manage your research independently. We provide an English SOP with our workflow, sourcing criteria, cost rules, and submission requirements to support your work. You should be comfortable applying detailed written instructions, checking your own work, and asking clear questions when information is uncertain.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manually source profitable Amazon US FBA and FBM opportunities using Keepa and AsinZen/AZInsight.
- Verify exact product matches, reliable suppliers, selling eligibility, and brand/IP risks.
- Analyze pricing, demand, and competition, and calculate profitability including all fees, prep, and shipping costs.
- Submit at least 5 complete leads daily in our Google Sheet, with clear supporting evidence, following our SOP.
- Double-check your work, communicate reliably, and flag uncertainties before submitting.
QUALITY EXPECTATIONS
Each lead must meet all three minimum requirements: 20% ROI, 10% profit margin, and US$5 profit per unit, after all applicable costs, including prep and shipping.
However, meeting the profitability requirements alone does not make a lead approved. Each lead must also satisfy the SOP's requirements for product matching, selling eligibility, Keepa analysis, accurate total costs, source validation, and purchase readiness.
The ongoing target is at least 5 qualified leads per working day, totaling at least 25 per week. Leads must be entered into the shared Google Sheet daily. Saving leads to submit together on the final day of the week is not acceptable. Each lead is reviewed against our SOP before approval. Quality, accuracy, and complete documentation are essential.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven, hands-on Amazon US Online Arbitrage experience, with manual product sourcing as a core part of your work.
- Confidence interpreting Keepa charts and evaluating both FBA and FBM opportunities.
- Practical experience with AsinZen/AZInsight or comparable profitability analysis tools.
- Accurate spreadsheet documentation, careful cost calculations, and strong attention to written instructions.
- The ability to work independently and communicate consistently.
TOOLS PROVIDED
We provide access to Tactical Arbitrage, AsinZen, and Keepa, plus a shared Google Sheet for your leads and analysis. Manual sourcing remains the primary focus; these tools support your research, analysis, and validation. Our SOP will be provided privately for the work.
AVAILABILITY AND COMMITMENT
You must have enough time available to research thoroughly, complete all required checks, and consistently submit at least 5 qualified leads per working day and 25 per week. We are looking for reliable, sustained availability for a long-term collaboration.
PAID INITIAL TRIAL
The selected candidate will start with a paid 3-day trial:
- Base pay: US$20 per day, for a total of US$60 across all 3 days.
- Additional pay: US$3 for each approved lead delivered during the trial.
- Trial deliverable: at least 5 fully researched leads submitted in the shared Google Sheet on each of the 3 trial days, totaling at least 15 leads, with complete analysis following our SOP.
- Daily submission is required. Submitting all 15 leads on the final day does not meet the trial requirements.
- Example: if 15 leads are approved, total trial pay is US$60 base + US$45 in approved-lead payments = US$105.
PAYMENT AFTER THE TRIAL
If we continue working together:
- Base pay: US$100 per week.
- Additional pay: US$3 per approved lead.
- Extra bonus: US$5 if all 25 weekly leads are approved.
- Weekly payments are made every Tuesday.
- Example: 25 approved leads = US$100 base + US$75 in approved-lead payments + US$5 bonus = US$180 for the week.
- Opportunities for pay increases based on skills and performance.
