Experienced Cold Callers Only — Appointment Setter, UK Tradespeople Outreach (Part-Time)

Job Type: Part-time to start (~20 hours/week, Monday to Friday), with scope to move up to more hours as you prove yourself.
Schedule: Must be available within UK daytime hours. Target shift: roughly 3pm to 7pm or 4pm to 8pm Philippine time (this shifts by an hour either side depending on UK daylight saving, we’ll confirm exact times at interview).
Pay: Commission from your very first call. Base salary of £2.50/hour starts after your first confirmed sale. Paid weekly via Wise, in GBP.

Commission:

£50 for every website sold (confirmed, paid client)
£10 for every website presentation you book, but only if the client actually shows up to the meeting

About this role

We help UK tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers and similar) get a professional website built around their reviews and services. You’ll be calling UK business owners, following our script, and booking them in for a short video presentation where our team shows them their fully custom website and closes the sale.

We’ll be upfront: this role is for experienced cold callers only. If you’ve never cold called before, or you find it hard to stick to a script while still sounding like a real person, this isn’t the right job for you, and that’s completely fine, it just means this one isn’t a match.

If you do have cold calling experience and can genuinely master a script, this is a strong earning opportunity. There’s no cap on commission, and the better you get at handling the call, the more you take home. All calls are recorded, both to help you improve and to keep things fair and accountable on both sides.

What you’ll be doing

Calling a provided list of UK business owners through our CloudTalk dialer (seat provided, no cost to you)
Following our call script closely while still sounding natural and relaxed, not robotic
Handling common objections (already have a website elsewhere, not interested, too busy) using the responses we give you
Booking qualified meetings into our calendar system
Logging the outcome of every call accurately (we only pay booking commission on genuine, attended meetings, so honest logging matters)

What we’re looking for

Previous cold calling experience is required. Tell us what you called for, who you called, and roughly how long you did it
Clear, confident spoken English that a UK business owner will find easy to understand
Proven ability to follow a script while still sounding like a real person, not reading word for word
A good quality headset. You’ll need to show this on camera at interview
Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet place to make calls (background noise is an instant red flag for us)
Most calls will end in a no. You’ll need to stay positive and keep your energy up for the next call, every time
