Full-Time Construction Bid Coordinator / GC Outreach Specialist – U.S. Construction Company

BP Construction Company is a growing commercial and residential construction company based in San Antonio, Texas, USA. We are hiring a full-time remote office assistant in the Philippines to help our company find construction bidding opportunities, connect with general contractors, and grow our business.

Responsibilities

• Research general contractors throughout Texas and surrounding states.
• Contact general contractors by phone and email to introduce BP Construction.
• Get our company added to subcontractor bidders lists.
• Complete subcontractor registration and prequalification applications.
• Search BuildingConnected, PlanHub, ConstructConnect, and other bidding platforms for projects.
• Identify commercial projects needing framing, drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceiling subcontractors.
• Request bid invitations, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Follow up with general contractors on upcoming projects and submitted bids.
• Maintain an organized spreadsheet of GC contacts, projects, and bid deadlines.
• Coordinate with our estimator to ensure bids are submitted on time.
• Provide daily reports showing calls, email s, new contacts, and bid opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable calling U.S. general contractors.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email .
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Reliable internet and computer.
• Ability to work during U.S. Central Time business hours.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.

Compensation: $4 USD per hour, subject to applicable employment laws.
