WordPress and Web hosting SOCIAL MEDIA based technical support

We are looking to find someone who is both good with social media AND web hosting technical support. If you're on ---------- and twitter with knowledge of how to interact with people with clear, concise English to help them with their web hosting technical issues on behalf of one of our clients please apply!

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical command of web hosting and WordPress .
• Understanding of Reddit and X
• Strong command of written English.

Strong preference given for:

• Comfortable with using AI products like Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
• Previous experience working for a webhosting company, like HostGator, Cloudflare, WPEngine, GoDaddy or similar
• Marketing/sales skills.

What we are not looking for:

• Someone who just does web development, we do not need any help with our website.
