We're looking for one person who treats this like a real office job. You sit down, close the distractions, and work the inbox for 8 hours. Every day.

If you've set before and burned out after a week of blasting messages, this isn't for you.

Who we are

7 Figure Scaling Systems (7FSS) helps online coaches scale their businesses. We have a full sales team, paid ads running every day, and inbound leads coming into our Instagram inboxes.

The leads are already there. We need someone to work them properly.

You won't be cold DMing strangers from nothing. Our AI inbox tool (LeadWizard) writes the first messages and does part of the qualifying. Your job is to keep every conversation moving until it turns into a booked call.

What you'll actually do

• Work the DM inbox for a full shift. Reply to every lead. Don't leave conversations hanging.
• **Run follow-ups 1, 2 and 3 every day, including weekends.

** Most calls get lost because someone stopped following up. You won't let that happen.

• Use our AI tool properly. It suggests the replies. You check them, send them and move each lead to the right stage. No copy-paste "yo bro" messages.
• Qualify before you book. We want coaches who have the money and the intent to invest, not anyone who says yes to a call.
• Book calls into our closers' calendars and hand each one over with clear notes.
• **Dial leads (for the $1,000 base).

** If you can call leads as well as message them, you're worth more to us and we pay you more.

• Show up. Join the daily team call. Post your numbers in Slack. Report your work every day.

What success looks like

• Every lead in the inbox gets answered, on time, every day.
• Every follow-up stage is cleared. Nobody sits in "Follow Up 2" for three days.
• Qualified calls go on the calendar every week, and those calls show up.
• Your manager never has to wonder what you did today. It's in Slack.

What we pay

Base (monthly, USD)** **Plus

The base pays for the work you show up and do. The commission is what you earn from results. There's no cap, so the more qualified calls you book, the more you take home.

You're a fit if

• You've worked as an appointment setter, in DM sales or in customer-facing chat before. Coaching or high-ticket experience is a bonus.
• You write clear, natural English. It shouldn't read like a script, and it shouldn't read like AI.
• You're organised. You'd rather do the work properly than look busy.
• You can commit to a fixed full-time schedule with a strong internet connection and a quiet place to work.
• You take feedback well and fix things the same day.

You're NOT a fit if

• You work in bursts, sending lots of volume and then disappearing for a few days.
• You need to be chased to join team calls or post in Slack.
• You plan to pass the account to someone else to run. We will find out.
• You're juggling three other clients and want this as a side gig.
