Influencer Marketing Assistant for Outreach & Communication

Hello! We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our team. We are passionate about building authentic relationships with creators to share our story and products with a wider audience.

We are searching for a skilled individual to manage the crucial first steps of our influencer campaigns: identifying the right partners, conducting personalized outreach, managing all communications, and assisting with negotiations to create win-win partnerships.

This is an ongoing, full-time remote position with flexible hours, perfect for someone with proven experience in influencer outreach who is looking for a long-term role with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Sourcing & Vetting: Identify and research potential influencers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values and target audience.
• Personalized Outreach: Craft and send compelling, personalized outreach messages (primarily via email and DMs) that stand out and generate positive responses. Mass-copied templates will not be effective for this role.
• Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, professionally handling all incoming and outgoing communication, answering questions, and building strong, lasting relationships.

Database Management: Maintain and update our influencer database - Coda and Google Sheets, with contact information, communication status, and negotiation details.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Assistant, VA, or similar role with a strong focus on outreach.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English with a professional yet personable tone.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail. You must be able to manage multiple conversations and a pipeline of potential partners simultaneously.
• Self-starter who is proactive and can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer marketing best practices.
