Influencer Team lead (of Virtual assistants) [2026]

We are an established yet rapidly growing e-commerce brand operating in both B2B and B2C markets. We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Team Lead to manage our remote team of Virtual Assistants who handle influencer outreach.

Your mission is to lead the team, optimize our outreach strategy, and secure high-impact partnerships with creators who reach both individual consumers and business professionals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management: Oversee 30+ influencer collaborations per month targeting the US market, ensuring deadlines, content quality, and performance targets are met.
2. Team Leadership: Manage a team of 3 influencer marketing specialists, establish clear KPIs, monitor individual performance, and drive consistent results.
3. Performance Analytics: Track and optimize campaign performance, focusing on CPM, reach, engagement rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
4. Influencer Strategy & Negotiations: Identify high-performing creators, oversee negotiations, and build long-term partnerships that deliver measurable results.
5. Reporting & Operations: Manage workflows using Airtable, Looker, and Google Workspace. Provide regular performance reports, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, including 2+ years in a team leadership role.
2. English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
3. Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics, including CPM, CPC, ROAS, and ROMI.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize effectively, and consistently achieve KPIs.
5. Strong analytical thinking, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proactive mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a friendly, collaborative communication style. :blush:
